Very helpful and friendly staff - Shavon (hope I'm spelling his name right!) hustled to get us 5 boxes o' Joe quickly even without a pre-order and smiled the whole time even though it was busy. While I didn't interact much with the other team members, they all appeared like they were having fun and dealt with customers efficiently.
I only come here if its on my way other than that i wouldnt go out of my way. Staff have no good work ethic or customer service skills.i would probably get better service if i was in the ghetto buying crack. All little boys doing nothing but standing around and basically give that vibe off that says your not buying anything... Did my order wrong had to go inside get what they charged me and fuming. Their just carrying on with their conversation like i dont exist. I lovr my DD coffee but im thinking moving forward i am just gonna drive past. Not worth the shenanigans

Horrible place. App doesn't work, employees are apathetic, toilet was broken, and the whole store was nasty. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a coffee cake muffin and an iced coffee that was mostly creamer, ice, and no coffee. Should point out that I was also the only customer in there...
