I've been here a few times, nice place to see a show, but be prepared to be on your feet all night. Precious few seats, and once someone plops their ass on one you need an atom bomb to get them off it. I was a little pissed at one show when a middle aged woman on crutches was standing and no one would offer her a stool. Good sound and bands at the shows I attended.
90's night is the best! Love when they put on one of those shows, and the fact that they usually also have drink specials on those nights is a huge plus. Anytime I have gone I have had a great time, but it is a bit small and so when it gets over crowded it can be a bit claustrophobic.
Cool venue to see a show in a town that's rapidly changing and I'm not sure for the better. Hopefully this venue isn't priced out, and keeps having more punk and metal shows
Great independent/versatile venue in Asbury Park. First off the sound has been great the times I have attended shows. Also, I like the separation of the bar upstairs (and the noise/light that comes with all bars) from the main concert area downstairs. The place is so small you can traverse between up/down easily. The stadium seating is nice too when the venue offers different seated programs/shows.
Great venue to see a show. Sound quality is good. Perfect size room for an intimate, up close experience. Good beer selection at reasonable prices.
