No help from ticketmaster on their help line! They just hung up????
Poor response from them when you need it. It takes them 4 days to respond and no solution!!! So you sent the problem back and anothe 4 days with no solution!!!

Zero stars is more appropriate. Poor customer service, abysmal website, exhorbitant fees. A trifecta.
Booked two tickets for $100 for a 2:00 pm show. When I received my tickets it said 11:00am which at that time has already passed. #NeverAgain
